Damages and Errors
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All personalization are copied and pasted from your order and will be created exactly as you entered the information into the website at the time of order. We are not responsible if you have entered it incorrectly and did not contact us to notify us of the error.
Refunds and Returns
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
However, you can choose a refund or replacement if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it.
- Is unsafe.
- Is significantly different from the sample or description.
- Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for, and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if we are contacted within 24 hours of the order being placed. If the order has already been processed, we cannot cancel it and is considered change of mind.
Consumer Law
